Here at Four Winds, we try our hardest to make sure your shopping experience is the best one possible! However, we understand that sometimes ordering clothing online can be tough and you may want to return items that don't work as well as you hoped. 

Final Sale Items

  • If you use a discount code of 30% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.
  • Items marked 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you place your order.
  • We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order. 
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. After 3 days, the merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Merchandise can be returned for a refund or store credit only. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • All items being returned must have the original tags attached and be in new condition. Undergarments cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
  • Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Items marked with “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration. Additionally, items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

Merchandise purchased at a discounted price are returnable for store credit only.

Accessories such as jewelry, sunglasses, and hats can be returned if in new condition. Additionally, accessories cannot be returned if they are on sale.

Intimates, camisoles, bras, tights, socks, and Final Sale/Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Returned shipping cost will not be reimbursed by Four Winds unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.

Return Packaging

Feel free to return your items in the original packaging or any packaging you choose. Note: Please do not staple bags shut as it can damage the items inside.

All shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Any damages to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. If the box is damaged, the shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to return shipping cost.


Refunds and Processing Time

Your return will be processed within two business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account. Online credits will be issued within two business days of processing the return. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of processing your return and will be sent to the original form of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.


Refused and Undelivered Packages

Refused or undelivered packages are subject to return shipping costs.

If you choose to not have your order redelivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Changes to Order or Order Cancellation

If you need to make any changes to your order please call us at 409-745-6216 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm CT. Once your order has been processed we are unable to modify the contents of your order.

Changes in price, items going on sale, and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We cannot modify orders placed before a price change.

Additionally, orders cannot be canceled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
